Vision And Mission
Nations are built on successive generations and it is an empowered youth that realises the future dreams of a nation. Empowering youth is of utmost importance in the process of nation-building. I strongly believe in ‘Empowering Youth is Empowering Nation”.
With this vision of nation building and mission of youth empowerment, I have been working ceaselessly for past 42 years.
I, Rajesh Pande, was born in a rural Maharashtra, where Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) introduced me to the world of student activism. Inspired with thoughts of Swami Vivekananda, my journey began as an activist and culminated as an office bearer of the student organization. Youth mobilization has been most important part of belief and hence of my work. My leadership qualities were groomed during my work as ABVP cadre.
Being a chairman of India's unique cooperative institution working for youth, National Yuva Co-Operative Society and the experience of working for senate of two prestigious universities in Maharashtra, I understand the pulse of youth in Maharashtra.
Rural roots and urban exposure provided me opportunities to work with the youth in different fields such as education, cooperative, employment, health, sports and art and culture. As I moved to Pune, my experience and leadership initiatives helped me in solving various problems in the society.
I served Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in various capacities. Building a ‘Saksham Karykarta’ for BJP has been at core of my work. To strengthen the capacity of party workers, I undertook and organized many capacity building workshops for party workers.
My rural grassroots upbringing with strong influence of Sangh Vichar; Rural-Urban inclusive development, employable education and cultural heritage are the key sectors where I am keen and willing to contribute in policy making.
